The existing Chalet Bungalow has a long narrow rear garden.

The Client wished to extend to the rear to provide an open plan Kitchen, Living, Dining space with larger windows facing south to catch the morning and evening sun and take advantage of the views into a newly landscaped garden.

This extension in a narrow site with existing detached bungalows either side required careful planning to comply with Planning Service’s PPS7 and guidelines to ensure no loss of amenity to the neighbours.

A new large Master Bedroom, en suite and changing facilities have been provided over the new living space with the existing dwelling remodelled to accommodate a further 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, snug and study/living room.
