C3 Architects have successfully obtained Planning Approval from Causeway Coast & Glens Council for this exciting conversion of an existing dwelling in Portballintrae.
The design provides bedroom accommodation at ground floor and provides open plan living, kitchen and dining accommodation at first floor level to take advantage of the sea views and new external deck area.
Construction is planned for early 2016.
