C3 architects provided the Client with an initial option study of ways to better utilise the existing ground floor area of the dwelling including the options to extend into the rear garden area.

Following further development of the Client’s requirements, C3 Architects produced the preferred design proposal which provided a new open plan living kitchen dining area to the rear with bi folding sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace area overlooking the lower level garden area.

C3 Architects successfully obtained Planning Approval and Building Regulation Approval  and assisted with Tendering and On Site Supervision stages of the project.
